Join us for a month dedicated to building confidence, celebrating your unique dance journey, and stepping into your bad*ss self. Whether you're new to this journey or looking to reignite your spark, our Self-Love Challenge is the perfect way to connect with your body and feel downright powerful. With 4 weeks of guided dance workouts, you'll build confidence, celebrate yourself daily, and discover movement that feels authentic to YOU.

How It Works:

For 4 weeks, you'll be guided through our daily dance workouts. We'll kick things off with some Intro Videos, giving you a solid foundation with the Madhouse class format. From there, each day will be a new class encouraging you to dance with freedom and ferocity.

Steps for Success:

Download the 30-Day Self-Love Transformation Calendar to stay on track. Don't feel like you need to follow the order of classes exactly as it's laid out on the calendar- you can switch around each week's classes and rest days to work for your schedule.
